48-Hour Cancellation Policy
To ensure that i can effectively manage my schedule and offer appointments to other clients, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for any cancellation. Cancellations made less than the 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate of the scheduled walk or visit.
Holiday Notice Policy
If you are planning a holiday or period away and will not require dog walking services, I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of one month's notice wherever possible. This helps me to manage my schedule and income effectively, as regular walking slots are reserved specifically for your dog.
Failure to provide one month's notice may result in your regular walking slot not being guaranteed upon your return.
Weather Conditions
During periods of extreme heat in the summer months, your dog's safety and wellbeing will always come first. If temperatures are too high for me to safely carry out a walk and you are working from home, I may either reschedule the walk to another day or charge 50% of the usual fee for that walk.
As a self-employed business owner, dog walking is my sole source of income. This policy helps ensure I can continue providing a reliable service while making responsible decisions for the welfare of the dogs in my care.
